Please be assured that your safety remains our absolute priority. Extensive Corvid -19 protocols have been implemented at our establishment for the safety of both guests and staff alike.

All our frontline staff including reception, maintenance and housekeeping reside full time at our facility thereby minimizing outside contact.

All staff are monitored and have received training from the Dept of Health on Covid -19 preventative measures and hygiene protocols.

All staff are equipped with proper PPE and additional hygiene resources.

Health screenings of ALL persons including guests upon entry.

Increased sanitising and disinfecting practices.

Specialized deep cleaning fogging of public areas and rooms with every check-out using best available chemical. We have invested in our own fogging machines.

Our Industrial Laundry Equipment is able to wash Linen & Towels on the hottest cycle of 80 degrees.

Checked out rooms as far as possible remain un-occupied for 36 hours.

Strict room cleaning policies, with particular attention paid to high touch items such as remotes, handles, taps, flush plates, telephones etc.

Individually packaged food service to ensure you receive a tasty meal with minimum risk.

Ongoing training to keep our staff informed and well versed in best practice.

Consultations with the public health authorities and department of Labour is an ongoing process and The Royal Courtyard is the only compliant facility in the Alfred Nzo District.
